Strength: Partner Alternate Barbell Complex AMRAP 7 Minutes
With partner of roughly the same strength, one barbell (can use two if not close to same strength but must alternate reps).
Complex – Squat Clean-Front Squat-Front Squat-S2OH-S2OH
Do not drop barbell from overhead. Return to ground as if re-setting for a clean.
Suggested Weights (135 to 185 guys, 95 to 125 gals)
