Strength:  Push Jerk from Rack: 3-3-3-3 with 20 AbMat Sit-ups in between

WOD:  EMOM for 14 Minutes

4 Power Cleans (135/95); 8 Lateral Jumps

Cool Down: 3X 1:00 on/off Wall Sits
