Warm-up

Partner up!

Each Partner will Run Audley Lap while the other partner uses the Foam Roller

Then one partner runs to Richmond while the other partner performs PVC Mobility

Skill/Strength

Squat Skill & Therapy

Followed by Tabata Squats

Stop Sign Sprint (W Main and Audley)

10 Slam Balls (as heavy as you can go UNBROKEN!)

10 Kettlebell Swings (as heavy as you can go UNBROKEN!)
