Run to W. Alabama and back. Burpee Broad Jump Across gym, Lunge Back.

Partner WOD:

12 Rounds:

500 m / 400 m Row

20 Double Unders / 40 Single Unders

15 Wallballs (20/14)

10 Burpees

200 Meter Sandbag/Slamball/Walball Run

Each Partner must complete the ENTIRE ROUND before the other partner can begin.
