Eastside Lap, 20 Mountain Climbers,

Review Squat Clean

Strength:  Squat Clean:  5-3-3-1-1-1-1 (if time for one for one last PR!!!)

WOD:

4 Rounds:

400/300 Meter Row

40 Double Unders

30 Slam Ball (30+/20+)

20 Lunges

10 Burpees

Run to Mailbox and Back

 

Cool Down:  Drink water to prepare for the 12 Days of Christmas on the 24th.
