Warm-up (10-15 minutes):

Circle PT; Each Person Calls out an Exercise, Perform 10 reps each

WOD:  Teams of 3:

One person MUST be rowing at all times (can switch out this person at any time) while the rest perform:

Lap around block with Medicine Ball (20/14) – Relay Style (one person works at a time)

Then:

150 Kettlebell Swings (53/35) (one person works at time always)

150 Wallball (20/14)

150 Sit-ups

150 Box Jumps (20″ for everyone)

Score is total time to complete all the above plus meters rowed.
