Tabata Air Squats – hold in bottom

Strength: Barbell Complex: 2,3,2…..

Complex is 3 deadlifts, 3 power cleans, 3 jerks

WOD:  “Thunderstorm”

12 Minute AMRAP

8 Front Squats (135/95)

8 Push Ups – on barbell

Run to Audley (200m) – will sub mountain climbers if raining.
