Warm-up:  Run to W Alabama and Back, 10 Air Squats, 10 Air Squats Holding 3 seconds in the bottom

 

Strength/Skill: 200 Lunges for Time

 

WOD:

AMRAP 30 Minutes

50 Box Jumps

40 Kettlebell Swings (53+/35+)

30 Burpees

20 Wallballs (20#/14#)

10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

 

Cool Down:  Annie – 50-40-30-20-10 DUs and AbMat Sit-ups
