Warm-up:  Eastside Lap

Together to facilitate motivation:

10 Push-ups Sprint to Other Side of Room (or parking lot), 9 Burpees

8 Push-ups, Sprint, 7 Burpees

6 Push-ups, Sprint, 5 Burpees

4 Push-ups, Sprint, 3 Burpees

2 Push-ups, Sprint, 1 Burpee

Strength:  Tabata Deadlift at Bodyweight (RX); warm-up to bodyweight then start Tabata for reps


5 Rounds for Time:

5 Dumbbell Thrusters

1 Rope Climb (RX) or 7 Pull-ups

Run to Audley and Back

Cool down:  3 X1:00 Wall-Sits
