WOD:

30 HSPU

30 Burpee Over Box (24/20) (ARx:30/24)

30 Double Unders

30 KB or DB Thrusters (35/53) 15 ea. hand

30 Decline Push Ups (from box)

scale reps to 15 per movement as needed (i.e. going to spend 8 minutes doing 30 HSPU)
