Run to W. Alabama and back
21 Snatch, left arm
10 Push-ups

Run to Sul Ross and back
21 Snatch, right arm
15 Push-ups

Run to Branard and back
21 Thruster, left arm
20 Push-ups

Run to Audley and back
21 Thruster, right arm
25 Push-ups

 

Cool Down: 50 Ab Mat Sit-ups
