Warm-up:  Lap around Block, Bear Crawl through Gym, Lap around block, Lunge through Gym

Strength:

Bench Press 3X5

Back Squat 3X5

Skill:  10X Parking Lot Sprints EMOM, Rest remainder of minute

WOD:  AMRAP 8 Minutes

10 Push-ups

10 Ring Dips

10 Lunges

Cool Down:  10 T2B, 10 K2E, 10 Toes to Pole
