Row 400 Meters

Run 400 Meters

40 Double Unders or 80 Singles

20 Wallballs (20/14)

10 Power Cleans (135/95)

This workout will be performed as a relay race in teams of two or three. The moment one member comes off the rower, the next teammate may begin rowing. You can not proceed to the next movement until the person in front of you has completed the task.
