Perform 1 Deadlift every 30 seconds for 15 minutes

WOD: Viagra

Every minute on the minute for as long as possible (100% effort = 25 rounds/minutes)

5 Toes to Bar
4 Box Jumps
3 Burpees to Target

Athletes must WOD for a minimum of ten minutes total. If you fail, rest one full minute and start again.
