Strength:  Bench Press 3X5 then Max Reps at Bodyweight / Women – 0.70 Bodyweight

100 Push-ups

150 Air Squats

Eastside lap

Cool down: 50-40-30-20-10 Jumping Jacks/AbMat Sit-ups
