Strength/Skill

Max Weighted STRICT Pull-up

Use Weightvest, Kettlebell, Weightbelt, etc to find Max Weighted Strict Pull-up

 

WOD – “3 Rounds of Fun!”

3 Rounds:

30 Meters Burpee Broad Jumpes

30 Meters Reverse Lunges

15 Pull-ups

15 Ab Mat Sit-ups

 

Cool Down

100  4 Count Flutter Kicks
