Warm-up:  Run, Mobility, Line Drills

Strength/Skill: Front Squat – 8-8-8-8

with 10 GHD Sit-ups or 20 AbMat Sit-ups in between sets

WOD:

50-40-30-20-10 Calorie Row or Assault Bike

45-35-25-15-5  Slamball (20+/30+)

Cool Down: 3 Rounds:  10 Toes to Bar / 10 K2E / 10 Burpees
