Warm Up: 400m jog, Squat Mobility Work

200m RUN (90%), 15 Burpees – should be huffing and puffing after this.
Build up bars for back squat WOD.
For Time – this is a sprint!!!
400m sprint
30 Back Squats (body weight)
400m sprint
ARx – 115% body weight and no rack. Clean and get to your back.
Strength (yes after WOD)
Back Squats 6×2 @ 80% 1rm – 15 hand release push ups between work sets.
