Warm-up:  100 Double Unders or 300 Single Jump Ropes

3 Rounds:  10 Burpees, 10 Mountain Climbers, 10 Air Squats

 

Strength/Skill: Front Squat 3X5 (Add 5# from last week!!!)

 

WOD:

AMRAP 12 Minutes:

12 Box Jumps

9 Ab Mat Sit-ups

6 Push-ups

3 Burpees

 

Cool Down:  Wall Sits:  3 Rounds:  1:00 on/1:00 off
