18 April 2015 – “The 10,000 Pound Elephant”


Warm-up: Run to Audley, 12 Empty Bar Thrusters, 8 Pushpress, 4 Strict Press, Run to Audley

Skill: Extensive Warm-up for Clean & Jerk

Partner WOD:  10,000 Pound Elephant

Clean and Jerk For Time, must lift 10,000 pounds between you and partner

Example:  74 X 135# Clean and Jerk RX Men

or 105 X 95# Clean and Jerk RX Women

or scale as necessary to lift 10,000 pounds

Cool Down:  5 Rounds:  10 Hollow Rocks, 10 Ab Mat Sit-ups
