7 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)

Odd Minutes (1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19)

10 Slam Balls (30+/20+)

 

Cool Down:  10 Sprints through the Parking Lot (from building to middle of cul de sac)/WATCH FOR CARS or 10 X 75m Rows
