Push Press/Split Jerk (4/2)
15 minutes to work up to heaviest complex from a rack
For reps:
4min Clean & Jerk (135/95)
4min Row (cal)
4min Burpees
*For large classes, split start between rowers and barbells but everyone finishes with burpees.
