Warm-up:  Run Lap, Bear Crawl Through Gym, Run Lap, Lunge Through Gym

Strength:  Front Squat 3X5

Bench Press 3X5

WOD:  5 Rounds for Time

3 Power Cleans (135/95)

5 Pull-ups

7 Box Jumps (24/20)

Run to black mailbox and back

Cool Down:  50 Abmat Sit-ups / 50 toes to pole
