Warm Up: 20 back squats empty bar. 200m row slow. 20 front squats. 200m row fast. 20 thrusters.
Skill/strength. Barbell complex
15 min to work technique and/or load for: snatch Pull + hang power snatch + power snatch (+ OHS for those who can)

With partner/judge.
One works, one counts then switch roles. Twice.
Score is total time it takes to complete the WOD twice.
