RX Athletes should attempt and succeed at a single start Double Under/no singles before Double Unders

RX Athletes 10 minute Cap to complete “Flight Simulator”

10-20-30-40-50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders for time

All sets must be unbroken. You must stop after each set and start again.

50 Deadlifts
40 Pull-ups
30 HSPU
20 Powercleans
10 Bar or Ring Muscle Ups

RX is Men’s Bodyweight/Ladies .75 on Powercleans
