Strength:  Strict Press from Rack – 3-3-3-3

WOD: 30 BackSquat from Ground (135/95)

Run 1 Mile (Run to Richmond, Buffalo Speedway to Audley back into AllSport)

30 Burpees

Cool Down:  20 Hollow Rocks, 20 Leg Levers, 20 Toes to Bar
