Warm-up:  Row 1000 Meters, Then, 3X Sprints to the End of the AllSport Parking Lot, Walk Back,  Then, 20 Push-ups and Water

Strength/Skill:  Power Clean (Partner up) (Touch and Go ONLY for the big Sets): 5,5,3,3,1,1

WOD:  AMRAP 15 or 10  Minutes

4 Hang Power Cleans (165/110lbs)
4 Shoulder to Overhead (165/110)
8 Box Jump Overs (24/20)

 

Cool Down:  30 Burpees, 30 Lunges
