Warm-up:  Run to W. Alabama, 20 Air Squats holding 5 seconds in the bottom position with a light KB

Strength:  Backsquat 5X3, perform 10 Box Jumps after each set, single and explosive

WOD:

Lateral Jumps

Run to Audley between each set

Cool Down:  10-10-10-10 Burpees, Light Slam Balls
