Warm-up: Teams of 3 (rotating):

2 Rounds Each:  25 Calories on Assault Bike, 25 Burpees, 50 Mountain Climbers

Team of 3 WOD:

Set up Cones at each end of Parking Lot:

Each Person Sprints Length of Parking Lot Relay Style Twice (Tag the other person)

Then:

One Person Working at a Time, Complete:

100 Box Jumps (24/20)

80 Push Press (95/65)

60 Burpee Box Jumpovers

40 Thrusters (95/65)

Each Person Sprints Length of Parking Lot Relay Style Twice (Tag the other person)

Cool Down:  Water and Stretch
