2. 50 Calorie Ride/Ski for time

3. 50 Double Unders for time

4. 50 Burpees for time

5. 50 HSPU RX/50 Strict Push-ups etc for time

6. 50 Pull-ups for time

7. 50 Wallballs for time 30/20

Members pick 5-7 of the Movements. Maximum rest, Coaches use this time to work the room!
