Warm-up:  W. Alabama Run, 50 Lunges

Strength: 1 Deadlift Every 30 Seconds for 15 minutes (315/225)

Foam Roll for 10 Minutes and Mobility

WOD:  AMRAP 15 Minutes (RX is 115/75)

0-5:00 – 5 Strict Press / 5 Burpees

5:00-10:00 – 5 Push Press / 5 Box Jumps (24/20)

10:00-15:00 – 5 Push Jerks / 5 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)

Cool Down (Optional and on Your Own):  10XParking Lot Sprints, Rest is Walking Back to Building
