Warm-up: Row 1000 Meters, 20 Burpees, 10 Good Mornings with Empty bar

Strength:  5RM Deadlift

WOD:  AMRAP 12 Minutes

7 Pushpress (95/65)

7 Pushups off Bar (Do not let anyone do them on 10# Plates on each side)

7 Box Jumps (24/20)

Cool Down:  10 X Parking Lot Sprints EMOM
