Military Conditioning: 4 minutes max Dips (RX Strict Ring or Bar/Scaled Box)
4 minutes max distance Bear Crawl (set 2 cones 15 yards apart and count max) IE Aubrey 105 yds
WOD: 400yd Extended Overhead Object Carry for time
Carry a Plate extended overhead 400yds (each time plate comes down, rest, but do not advance until plate is locked out)
