Strength/Skill:  Bench Press 3X5

3 Sets of 5 Reps at the same HEAVY Weight (try 5-10# more than last time!)

 

WOD:  “Happy Valentines Day!!!”

14 Wall Balls

20 DUs

14 Sit-ups
