Warm-up:  W. Alabama and Back, when you get back to W Main Street corner, Start Skipping back into the Gym

Then Burpee Broad Jump Across Gym, Lunge Across Gym, One Step Squat Across Gym, 20 Jumping Air Squats

Strength/Skill: Backsquat 3,3,3,3,3,

Overhead Squats (105/70)

 

Cool Down:  100 Double Unders (work on them if you don’t have them; if you REALLY want them, you need to order your own personal rope)
