Warm-up:  Run to Sul Ross, 20 Hollow Rocks

Mobility:  20 Minutes of Mobility

WOD:  100 Calories on Assault Bike For Time

Rotate Groups as necessary; Groups waiting can do (not for time and can start and finish while waiting on bike):

5 Rounds:  10 Pull-ups, 50 Double Unders, 20 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

Cool Down:  50 Ab Mat Sit-ups, 50 slamballs, break up however
