Warm-up:  Eastside Lap

Skill/Strength:  50 Slam Balls / Over the Shoulder for Time:

So, perform a Slam Ball then throw it backwards over your should 50 Times

WOD:  “DT”

For Time:  5 Rounds:

12 Deadlift

9 Hang Power Cleans

6 Push Press/Jerk


Cool Down:  100 AbMat Sit-ups, 50 Double Unders
