Warm up: three laps through building around block. Inchworm across turf when you go through the gym.
Strength: Presses
Strict Press 3-3-3
Push Press 5-5-5
Review different rack positions for each press.
WOD
2 rounds for time
10 med ball squat cleans
30 wall ball
10 med ball squat cleans
30 Russian twists w ball

Cool Down: 7 rounds of 6 push ups 6 hollow rocks
