Warm-up:  Groups of 3:  20 Calories on Assault Bike, 50 Mountain Climbers, 30 Burpees (Rotate until you finish all three)

Strength: Back Squat 3X5

Bench Press 3X5

WOD: EMOM for 12 Minutes

3 Deadlift (275/185)

3 Box Jumps (30/24)

Cool Down:  Run to W. Alabama, 30 Lunge Steps
