Warm-up:  Run to Sul Ross and Back

Lunge across gym

Burpee Broad Jump across gym

Accumulate 2 Minutes in the Bottom of a Squat, Stretch out

Strength/Skill:

Backsquat 3X5 (add 5-10#!!!)

Benchpress 3X5 (add 5-10#!!!)

WOD:  15 Minute “Cindy with Rowing”

AMRAP 15 Minutes

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Air Squats

10 Calorie Row

Cool Down:  3 X Farmer’s Carries to Black Mailbox and Back, rest as needed in between
