Warm-up: Run Eastside Lap, Burpee Broad Jump across gym, 20 Slow Airsquats

 

Skill/Strength: Backsquat 3X5 (Add 5# from last time!!!)

 

WOD:

AMRAP 15 Minutes
Run 400m
10 Deadlifts 275/185lbs
15 Box Jump-Overs 24″/20″

 

Cool Down:  50 Ab Mat Sit-ups, 40 Toes to Pole, 30 Burpees
