Warm Up: Jog, Hip Mobility, Handstand Holds, Calf Stretch

Strength: Clean – 8,5,3,2,1  your choice to use a power clean or a squat clean. Does not have to be touch and go, but minimal reset (5-8 seconds).

Record the set of 8,3, and 1.

10 Deadlifts (115/75)

15 Box Jumps (24/20)

2 Minute Rest
