12 Alternating Russian Twists (53/35)

10 KB Push Press (53/35) /1st Round Right; 2nd Round Left

 

Cool Down:

3 Rounds:  25 Ab Mat Sit-ups, 25 Leg Levers, 25 Toes to Pole
