30 Back Squats (135/95)
400m Run
30 Back Squats
 
Strength: Strict Press – density training.
With team of 2 or 3, as many alternating sets of 8 as possible in 6 minutes.
 
WOD2: For Time
20 Front Squats (135/95)
400m Run
20 Front Squats
