then, Tabata Push-ups

Strength/ Skill: Close Grip Bench Press -8,8,8

WOD:

5 Rounds:

12 Wallballs (20/14)

12 Sit-ups with Wallball (20/14)

12 Woodchoppers (over shoulder, switching sides each time) (20/14)

12 Russian Twists with Wallballs (20/14)

6 burpees!!!!!

 

Cool Down:

Wall Sits (thighs parallel) 1:00 x 3 with 1:00 rest in between
