Timed: 5 minutes of AbMat Sit-ups for Max Reps
WOD: “Running Religion”
5 rounds of Max Rep Back Squat and 300m Lap
RX – Use Bodyweight
Rest as much as possible in between sets, run should be completed immediately after Squatting
Cool Down: 3 Rounds:  10 Pull-ups / 10 T2B / 10 K2E
