Warmup: Line Drills and Mobility

Strength/Skill: 15 minutes to determine a Clean and Jerk 1RM

WOD: 30 for 30

30 seconds on/30 seconds off, no exceptions. Chip away at the list with as much intensity as possible.

A. 50 Thrusters 95/65
B. 1-10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups (1 Pull-up, then 2, then 3 etc)
C. 50 Double Unders
D. 50 Burpees
E. 50 Calorie Ride/Row/Ski
