Warm-up by Wallball:

Grab one of each size Wallball: 4,6,8,10,12,14,16,20,25,30

Perform 5 Wallballs at each station

Strength/Skill:  Deadlift 3X3 (Let’s go heavy)

WOD:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Front Squats (135/95)
Box Jumps (24/20)
EMOM: 5 Burpees

Cool down:  20 GHD Sit-ups, 20 Ab Mat Sit-ups
