Slam Balls 30/20

Single Jump Rope 100, 90, 80…30,20,10

Advanced WOD: 10,9,8…3,2,1

Tire flip Jump through North, then South so you stay in one place…..and Sledge Strikes 10 Right Hand, 10 Left Hand…down to 1….
